Katie Twist (they/them)
Production Manager
Role: To ensure the smooth running of all productions, including monitoring budget and supporting with organisational and administrative tasks. The production manager maintains all BMTC inventory to work towards reusing props, set and costumes for sustainability purposes and to reduce costs.

Eugenie Aikens (she/her)
Diversity and Inclusion Officer
Role: Working with the rest of the committee and local communities to see what we can do to diversify our group in regards to different racial backgrounds, ethnicities, sexualities, abilities, perspectives and more! To create a space that is unique and welcoming to ensure positivity and longevity of BMTC.

Ben Tomalin (he/him)
Musical Advisor
Role: The music supervisor is there to help the committee and creative teams with any music-related issues or queries e.g. band vs tracks; sourcing backing tracks or scores. They also have a say in picking shows, based on a music logistics standpoint.

Marketing Manager
Role: The Marketing Managers are responsible for creating content in between shows to be used on our socials and website. They will design programmes and develop the BMTC branding as well as building the website.

Olivia O'Connor (she/her)
Social Media Manager
Role: The Social Media Manager is responsible for monitoring all BMTC social media accounts. They will be responding to your direct messages, reposting your posts and stories and creating content in-between shows.

Welfare Officer
Role: Being there to talk with all members of BMTC to make sure their experience is a stress free, fun & happy one and help to resolve any problems members may be having.

Founder and President
Role: As founder of the company Jon is in charge of the day-to-day running of the company, organising the committee and planning for the future of the company with the help of the rest of the committee.

Community Liason
Role: The Community Liason role both comprises the community within and outside BMTC. This includes acting as New Members Liason to make sure everyone feels welcomed and included in our wacky family and also, working with the wider Bromley Am Dram community to establish all important connections
